30-Day Return Policy
At Book Shelf Game, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition of the Item: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Usage: It should be unused.
- Tags: All original tags must be intact.
- Packaging: The item should be in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact Book Shelf Game promptly so they can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be accepted for returns.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, it's recommended to return the original item with original packaging. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, Book Shelf Game will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
